Married with two children, Arleen understands the challenges and joys of balancing family life with personal aspirations. Her own journey of mental health awareness and self-care inspired her to create a space where women could connect, support, and grow together.

After feeling stuck and searching for a deeper sense of connection, Arleen dove into self-help and personal development. She embarked on a transformative journey, starting her own business and prioritizing her well-being.

Arleen's commitment to her physical and mental health led her down many new and wonderful paths. She discovered mindfulness and meditation, and completed her first Spartan Race. However, she realized that a fulfilling life requires a holistic approach that includes social well-being as well.

Through her own experiences and connections, Arleen cultivated relationships with inspiring teachers and coaches. She gathered valuable resources and realized the need for a community that offered a comprehensive approach to personal growth and empowerment.

With the support of her network, Arleen's vision for La FEMME+ took shape. She envisioned a space where women could come together, learn, connect, and thrive. A place that would embody the essence of a supportive community, offering a range of resources and opportunities for personal and professional development.
